Anti-ice before accumulation, then calcium by traffic volume. Concrete-safe options protect stone while keeping traction high.

Foot crews shovel to full width, sand stairs and ramps, clear hydrants, and protect railings and drains.

When space shrinks, we push back to engineered stack points so parking counts stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Secondary rounds identify drip lines and retreat with the precise dose.

Process

How we run winter ops in Emory, Texas

Step one: prep: site walks, stake placement, material tests. 2) Pre-storm staging: brine set in hubs. Step three: launch: routes roll before trigger depth, hitting front entries first. 4) Continuous passes: clear, brush, melt. Step five: sweep: reshape piles. Step six: report: materials sent to you.

If temps crash, we resequence. Supervisors extend sidewalk teams to keep docks open. Your priorities guides every change.

Proof stays organized. Expect SMS alerts before, during, and after. Those records satisfy insurers while keeping everyone aligned.

Safety first

Shutdowns hurt morale and budgets. We place piles wisely so teams move confidently. Rails stay accessible for pedestrians who rely on your site.
