Who we serve
Who we are

PrimeSnowRemoval, dedicated to Tri-City, OR

We are not a summer lawn crew moonlighting. Snow and ice are our full-time craft. This specialization means our fleet stay ready. Each route lead carries contact lists and reviews your priorities before storms hit.

Protection stays current. We carry strong coverage, audit equipment, and refresh checklists after every major event so lessons learned show up the next time it snows.

Our guarantee to communicate with care. Rely on pre-storm notices, real-time reports, and photo evidence. You never wonder what is happening outside.

Plowing

Smart sequence

Main arteries go first, followed by docks, priority spaces, and overflow areas. We blade carefully to keep drains open.

De-icing

Right melt, right time

Pre-treat before accumulation, then salt by traffic volume. Eco options protect stone while keeping traction high.

Sidewalk detail

Pedestrian safety

Detail teams brush to full width, sand stairs and ramps, unblock hydrants, and check railings and drains.

Snow relocation

Visibility preserved

When space shrinks, we haul to approved stack points so drive aisles stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Secondary rounds spot drip lines and re-melt with the precise dose.

Reporting

Proof every time

GPS logs accompany each visit. Owners get organized proof for stakeholders.

Why choose us

Prepared, professional, predictable

Weather shifts fast, but your plan should feel protected. Our team uses redundant equipment so coverage continues even if a storm stalls.

Your tenants deserve dry steps. We make that happen with tidy workmanship across Tri-City, OR.

Process

How we run winter ops in Tri-City, OR

1) Pre-season prep: map reviews, priority notes, material tests. 2) Pre-storm staging: fuel set in hubs. Step three: launch: routes roll before trigger depth, hitting top priorities first. Step four: passes: clear, brush, melt. 5) Post-storm sweep: reshape piles. Step six: report: materials sent to you.

If weather shifts, we pivot. Supervisors redeploy to keep docks open. Your uptime guides every change.

Documentation stays organized. Expect dashboard links before, during, and after. Those records answer auditors while keeping everyone aligned.

Risk control

Safety first

Slip claims hurt morale and budgets. We guard ADA so drivers move confidently. Rails stay accessible for pedestrians who rely on your site.

Sustainability

Smarter materials

Too much salt corrodes. We right-size every spreader and blend melts that fit traffic. Pet-friendly options are available whenever needed.

Communication

On-call, on time

Dispatch replies when you reach out. Need an extra pass? We roll a crew quickly. You stay informed what is happening outside.
