We are purpose-built. Snow ops are our specialty. This specialization means our supervisors stay trained. Each manager carries SDS and walks your site before storms hit.

Insurance stays current. We meet vendor requirements, run background checks, and tune checklists after every major event so lessons learned show up the next time it snows.

We promise to communicate with care. Rely on pre-storm notices, real-time reports, and post-storm proof. You never wonder what is happening outside.

Plowing

Smart sequence

Main arteries go first, then docks, priority spaces, and overflow areas. We angle intentionally to keep drains open.

De-icing

Right melt, right time

Anti-ice before accumulation, then calcium by surface type. Concrete-safe options protect pavers while keeping traction high.

Sidewalk detail

Pedestrian safety

Foot crews shovel to full width, treat stairs and ramps, unblock hydrants, and check railings and drains.

Snow relocation

Visibility preserved

When space shrinks, we push back to approved stack points so parking counts stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Secondary rounds identify drip lines and re-melt with the precise dose.

Reporting

Proof every time

GPS logs accompany each visit. Property managers get clear proof for insurance.

Process

How we run winter ops in Marlene Village, OR

Step one: prep: site walks, priority notes, material tests. Step two: staging: brine set in hubs. Step three: launch: routes roll before trigger depth, hitting top priorities first. 4) Continuous passes: plow, shovel, salt. Step five: sweep: reshape piles. 6) Report: photos sent to you.

If weather shifts, we pivot. Managers extend sidewalk teams to keep docks open. Your uptime guides every change.

Proof stays constant. Receive dashboard links before, during, and after. This proof answer auditors while keeping everyone aligned.

Safety first

Shutdowns hurt morale and budgets. We place piles wisely so drivers move confidently. Edges stay brushed for pedestrians who rely on your site.

Sustainability

Too much salt corrodes. We calibrate every spreader and blend melts that fit traffic. Brine are available whenever requested.
