Who we serve
Who we are

PrimeSnowRemoval, dedicated to Cave Junction, Oregon

We are not a summer lawn crew moonlighting. Snow ops are our specialty. This specialization means our supervisors stay ready. Each manager carries SDS and reviews your priorities before storms hit.

Insurance stays in place. We meet vendor requirements, run background checks, and refresh checklists after every major event so optimizations show up the next time it snows.

We promise to communicate with clarity. Rely on pre-storm notices, during-storm updates, and photo evidence. You never wonder what is happening outside.

Plowing

Smart sequence

Main arteries go first, then docks, ADA stalls, and perimeter areas. We blade carefully to avoid turf.

De-icing

Right melt, right time

Anti-ice before accumulation, then salt by surface type. Concrete-safe options protect pavers while keeping traction high.

Sidewalk detail

Pedestrian safety

Detail teams brush to full width, treat stairs and ramps, unblock hydrants, and protect railings and drains.

Snow relocation

Visibility preserved

When space shrinks, we haul to approved stack points so parking counts stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Secondary rounds identify black ice and retreat with the precise dose.

Reporting

Proof every time

GPS logs accompany each visit. Owners get organized proof for stakeholders.

Why choose us

Prepared, professional, predictable

Weather shifts fast, but your operations should feel protected. Our team uses route alternates so coverage continues even if a truck fails.

Your tenants deserve dry steps. We deliver that with tidy workmanship across Cave Junction, Oregon.

Process

How we run winter ops in Cave Junction, Oregon

1) Pre-season prep: site walks, stake placement, equipment checks. Step two: staging: fuel set close by. 3) Launch: plows leave before trigger depth, hitting top priorities first. 4) Continuous passes: clear, brush, melt. 5) Post-storm sweep: retreat slicks. Step six: report: materials sent to you.

If weather shifts, we resequence. Managers extend sidewalk teams to keep docks open. Your uptime guides every change.

Proof stays organized. Receive dashboard links before, during, and after. Those records answer auditors while keeping leadership aligned.

Risk control

Safety first

Slip claims hurt morale and budgets. We place piles wisely so drivers move confidently. Edges stay brushed for pedestrians who rely on your site.

Sustainability

Smarter materials

Too much salt corrodes. We right-size every spreader and blend melts that fit temperature. Pet-friendly options are available whenever requested.

Communication

On-call, on time

Account leads respond when you reach out. Want pile changes? We handle it quickly. You stay informed what is happening outside.

Cave Junction is a city in Josephine County, Oregon, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city population was 1,995. Its motto is the "Gateway to the Oregon Caves", and the city got its name by virtue of its location at the junction of Redwood Highway (U.S. Route 199) and Caves Highway (Oregon Route 46). Cave Junction is located in the Illinois Valley, where, starting in the 1850s, the non-native economy depended on gold mining. After World War II, timber became the main source of income for residents. As timber income has since declined, Cave Junction is attempting to compensate with tourism and as a haven for retirees. Tourists visit the Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, which includes the Oregon Caves Chateau, as well as the Out'n'About treehouse resort and the Great Cats World Park zoo.
