Who we serve
Who we are

PrimeSnowRemoval, dedicated to Whitney, NV

We are not a summer lawn crew moonlighting. Snow and ice are our full-time craft. This specialization means our supervisors stay trained. Each route lead carries SDS and walks your site before storms hit.

Insurance stays current. We carry strong coverage, run background checks, and refresh checklists after every major event so lessons learned show up the next time it snows.

Our guarantee to finish with care. Rely on pre-storm notices, real-time reports, and photo evidence. You never wonder what is happening outside.

Plowing

Smart sequence

Emergency routes go first, then docks, ADA stalls, and overflow areas. We blade carefully to keep drains open.

De-icing

Right melt, right time

Pre-treat before accumulation, then salt by traffic volume. Concrete-safe options protect pavers while keeping traction high.

Sidewalk detail

Pedestrian safety

Detail teams shovel to full width, sand stairs and ramps, clear hydrants, and protect railings and drains.

Snow relocation

Visibility preserved

When space shrinks, we push back to engineered stack points so drive aisles stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Secondary rounds identify black ice and retreat with the right material.

Reporting

Proof every time

Material counts accompany each visit. Owners get clear proof for stakeholders.

Why choose us

Prepared, professional, predictable

Weather shifts fast, but your plan should feel steady. We use redundant equipment so coverage continues even if a truck fails.

Your guests deserve safe drives. We deliver that with careful detailing across Whitney, NV.

Process

How we run winter ops in Whitney, NV

1) Pre-season prep: map reviews, priority notes, equipment checks. 2) Pre-storm staging: fuel set in hubs. Step three: launch: routes roll before trigger depth, hitting front entries first. 4) Continuous passes: plow, shovel, salt. Step five: sweep: retreat slicks. 6) Report: materials sent to you.

If temps crash, we resequence. Managers extend sidewalk teams to keep lanes wide. Your uptime guides every change.

Proof stays constant. Receive dashboard links before, during, and after. Those records satisfy insurers while keeping everyone aligned.

Risk control

Safety first

Shutdowns hurt morale and budgets. We place piles wisely so teams move confidently. Rails stay accessible for pedestrians who rely on your site.

Sustainability

Smarter materials

Too much salt corrodes. We calibrate every spreader and choose melts that fit temperature. Brine are available whenever needed.

Stowell E. Whitney, a dairy farmer from Bunkerville, Nevada, purchased a ranch in the area in the 1910s. The town of Whitney was established in 1931, when Whitney subdivided his ranch due to the construction of the Boulder Highway. Much of this land is now within Henderson city limits. He didn't attract many buyers, since this took place during the Great Depression. A Whitney post office was opened the following year. The town was officially founded in 1942 by the Clark County Commission, and that year Whitney was given official borders. The town was renamed as East Las Vegas in 1958, in response to a petition signed by almost all the residents. The name was changed back to Whitney in 1993.
