Process

How we run winter ops in Golden, CO

Step one: prep: map reviews, stake placement, material tests. Step two: staging: fuel set close by. Step three: launch: routes roll before trigger depth, hitting front entries first. 4) Continuous passes: plow, shovel, salt. 5) Post-storm sweep: reshape piles. Step six: report: materials sent to you.

If weather shifts, we pivot. Managers redeploy to keep lanes wide. Your priorities guides every change.
