Who we are

PrimeSnowRemoval, dedicated to Hacienda Heights, CA

We are purpose-built. Snow and ice are our full-time craft. That focus means our supervisors stay ready. Each manager carries SDS and reviews your priorities before storms hit.

Protection stays current. We carry strong coverage, audit equipment, and tune checklists after every major event so lessons learned show up the next time it snows.

Our guarantee to finish with care. Rely on pre-storm notices, real-time reports, and photo evidence. You stay in control what is happening outside.

Plowing

Smart sequence

Main arteries go first, then docks, priority spaces, and perimeter areas. We angle intentionally to keep drains open.

De-icing

Right melt, right time

Anti-ice before accumulation, then salt by surface type. Eco options protect stone while keeping traction high.

Sidewalk detail

Pedestrian safety

Foot crews shovel to full width, treat stairs and ramps, unblock hydrants, and check railings and drains.

Snow relocation

Visibility preserved

When piles grow, we push back to approved stack points so parking counts stay open.

Ice watch

Refreeze defense

Post-storm sweeps identify black ice and re-melt with the precise dose.

Reporting

Proof every time

Material counts accompany each visit. Property managers get organized proof for insurance.

Why choose us

Your tenants deserve safe drives. We deliver that with careful detailing across Hacienda Heights, CA.

Process

How we run winter ops in Hacienda Heights, CA

Step one: prep: site walks, stake placement, material tests. 2) Pre-storm staging: brine set in hubs. 3) Launch: plows leave before trigger depth, hitting top priorities first. Step four: passes: plow, shovel, salt. 5) Post-storm sweep: reshape piles. 6) Report: photos sent to you.

If temps crash, we resequence. Supervisors extend sidewalk teams to keep docks open. Your priorities guides every change.

Documentation stays organized. Receive dashboard links before, during, and after. Those records satisfy insurers while keeping everyone aligned.

Risk control

Safety first

Slip claims hurt morale and budgets. We guard ADA so teams move confidently. Rails stay accessible for pedestrians who rely on your site.

Sustainability

Smarter materials

Heavy melt hurts stone. We right-size every spreader and blend melts that fit traffic. Brine are available whenever requested.

Hacienda Heights sits on land that was originally part of Rancho La Puente. During Spanish rule, the land around Hacienda Heights was operated by the nearby Mission San Gabriel Arcángel in San Gabriel. The Rancho was eventually acquired by John A. Rowland and William Workman in 1845 via a Mexican land grant, and eventually acquired by Elias "Lucky" Baldwin in the mid-1870s. In 1912, his descendant, Anita Baldwin, sold the property to Edwin Hart and Jet Torrance. In 1913 the pair subdivided the area and named it North Whittier Heights, which became known for avocado, citrus and walnut orchards. However, from the Great Depression era to the early 1940s, citrus growing became unprofitable because of pests and diseases, setting the impetus for the area's transformation into a suburb.
